Amanda takes Annapolis

Hello ladies!! I feel like it has been so long since my last post, but it’s just been my extremely crazy schedule that has me feeling like so much time has passed. Joe, Kona and I took the boat down to Annapolis on Friday for a beautiful couple’s wedding! It was our first time taking the boat to Annapolis and it was literally the most perfect day on the water. It was a sweatshirt-wearing kind of boat ride, which is my favorite! We put the boat in a slip for the night right downtown and had an Uber pick us up to go to our hotel. Did you know that you can take your dog in an Uber!? We requested our Uber and then called them to make sure they were okay with it as long as we had towels to put on their seats and the driver was completely fine with it. We’re pretty lucky because Kona is so well behaved (humble brag) that the driver said he didn’t even know she was in the car because she was so quiet. That’s my girl! Anyway, the wedding was absolutely beautiful. It was at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation which is basically a man made beach and it was just the perfect weather for my beautiful friend, Gail and her handsome husband, Vince’s wedding. And I absolutely have to mention how unbelievably stunning she looked! The wedding was boho meets nautical and it was the definition of this beautiful couple. Floral crowns are definitely a must for boho chic weddings and Gail’s floral crown was just made for her! Joe and I spent our night on the dance floor, per usual and had the best time. Saturday we met up with some of our boaties at Pussers in Annapolis and then went fishing by the Chesapeake Bay Bridge on our way home. It was a fun but exhausting weekend, for sure! Check out some pictures from our weekend below! The dress I wore to the wedding (has pockets!) is one that I have had for some time now, but I bought it from another favorite online boutique, Sophie and Trey, check it out!

I also promised an outfit post for today and since the weather was rainy when I was going to take pictures in the outfit, I took pictures of just the clothes for you all! I couldn’t let these amazing suede peep toe booties get ruined! So clearly, I have made the focal point the shoes, duh. I can’t get over them!

All I have to say is Target has stepped their game up when it comes to shoes! Love. The floral kimono pictured is also from Target, you all know how much I love my florals! And the skinny jeans pictured are from Dottie Couture Boutique. I figured a cute Fall transition outfit was just what we needed this week! And last but not least, the giveaway! With Fall around the corner I think every woman should own a blanket scarf, am I right!? Don’t forget to like and share my Facebook post from today to enter into the giveaway for this amazing plaid blanket scarf for Fall!

I hope you all enjoyed this jam-packed post!! See you back here for Friday Favorites and our winner of the giveaway!
